1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 'Appraisal Gems' mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

2. Service Description

'Appraisal Gems' is a professional gemstone valuation application that provides instant appraisal estimates for various gemstones using advanced algorithms and market data analysis.

Mini Plan: Subscription payments are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Standard Plan: Subscription payments are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Premium Plan: Subscription payments are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Annual billing is recommended for enterprise clients.

All plans can be managed and canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings. For enterprise Premium plans with custom billing, please contact our sales team.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for our Standard and Premium plans. At the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. Trial terms may vary by promotion.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate gemological information for valuations
• Use the App for professional gemological purposes only
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Respect the confidentiality of anonymized user data
• Comply with all applicable gemological standards and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the 'Appraisal Gems' application, including but not limited to gemological databases, pricing algorithms, and market analysis tools, are the exclusive property of AGems limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we employ advanced gemological algorithms and maintain rigorous data standards, all gemstone appraisals are estimates based on available market data and should be verified by certified gemological laboratories for insurance, sale, or certification purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

'Appraisal Gems' shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or any discrepancies in gemstone valuations. Users are advised to obtain independent professional appraisals for high-value transactions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes to pricing or service terms will be communicated to users 30 days in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
